Great news! It is about time they started seizing cars from some of these deadbeats!
Too bad they didn't get to seize some of the aldermen's cars, or do they believe they are above the law???
If the deadbeats, especially repeat offenders tracked down by this equipment finally pay their parking fines, this will be just what is needed to keep the taxes down. This may also be a deterrent to park legally or fill the meters up with enough time on them NOT to get a ticket, or keep within the speed limit.
