Any state with any brains would use the 10th amendment to bar the federal government from pushing their socialized medicine onto residents of that state. The last time I checked, 6 states were rushing similar measures through their legislatures and whether the liberal loons like it or not, the last time I checked, the U.S. Constitution guarantees those powers not specifically granted to the federal government to the people and the states, so it would appear the federal government has no leg to stand on against a particular state that simply says "NO" to Obama's brand of socialism.
I own several properties in Texas. After hearing Mr. Perry a few times, I'm ready to make one of them my permanent home. Nice work. Keep it up, Texas!!!!
