The premise is that once a judge puts on that robe he or she is neither male or female, negro or caucasian, hispanic, asian or an american native indian; apparently judge Sotomayor can't grasp this simple concept of being a judge.
AS Obama put it, he wants a judge that will rule from the heart, and not from some dusty old law book.So much for the rule of law.
