TheDay.com - More stimulus could wreck recovery, not help

  1. The more government spends, the higher unemployment will grow. This has been proven throughout history and throughout the world.

The only effective way to stimulate the economy is to reduce the size of government and to reduce taxes--especially to the so-called rich and to businesses.

Anyone who wants to tow the tired old line of the left wing loons about "punishing the rich" should ask himself how many jobs he/she ever had working for a poor man.

These so called "rich" people (the ones the Democrats are so determined to punish at all cost) are the people driving our economy and providing real jobs, not some made up phony government jobs that are created by the government at the expense of destroying our economy.

You want real economic recovery? Tell the likes of Trueworthy and Sherwood that you have had enough with the socialist experiment destroying our country. Demand lower taxes immediately for all and watch how fast the economy takes off.

  2. The term "stimulus" is a misnomer as the only one stimulated by this is the federal government with their ever increasing power over the rest of our lives.
