The Special Meeting of the City's Board Alderman, held 1-13-11, had New Changes in its Leadership.

Alderwoman Eva Magnuszewski became the new Majority Leader replacing Phil Sherwood who resigned his alderman seat recently.

We all trust this change of leadership will be a positive one.

I wish to thank Eva for stepping up in order to make this badly needed change with our Council leadership.

  2. What an improvement over Phil Sherwood...here's hoping we've seen the last of him in New Britain politics

  3. Eva will do fine. The seating arrangement doesn't matter. What does matter is what we do in those seats.

  4. Eva is a nice enough person. She is kind of a hapless sort who will do as she is told and not rock the liberal boat.
