The side effects from Storm Irene makes us really sad because on one side there are many people who could really use this help and who were actually affected by the storm, but on the other hand there are lots of people on the sign-up line in Hartford CT who are lying and just looking for a state- federal government cash $$$$$ hand out. The mass plantation syndrome?
Where is your dignity people? Let people who really need this help get it. God for bid the funds dry up and people who are in real need are not able to receive help.
I guess Mr. Twain must have read the New Britain Herald to have been so misinformed!
I'm sure Mr. Twain must have used his Herald as a bird cage liner, or possibly even toilet paper out at the out house.
that is an insult to birds and tidy bowl men everywhere!
