$100 Million Expansion for the Mattabassett District.
The Mattabassett District disciples of 12 will soon become 15 according to Middletown sources. With the approval of the $100 million plant expansion for the denitrafication requirements by the District board members, Middletown will soon become members of the district board with 4 members.
Rate increases will be experiences by all municipalities to cover the expansion cost.
