Supreme Court Rules for White Firefighters
The Supreme Court has ruled that white firefighters in New Haven, Conn., were unfairly denied promotions because of their race, reversing a decision that high court nominee Sonia Sotomayor endorsed as an appeals court judge.
This is the 5th time this judge has been overturned by the Supreme Court, making her the least effective, most overturned jurist to ever be considered for nomination to the Supreme Court, but then the only qualifications being considered are that she is a Hispanic female and a left wing extremist.
