This is an outrage. The people voted against this automated trash pick-up and they are being told that the council is going to do it for 5 years anyway because no one else wanted to bid for the trash pick-up.
Sounds like just like here in New Britain, another council is out of control with power over the people they are supposed to be representing and needs a clean sweep in November.
