State Hooked on Tobacco Revenue Habit | Yankee Institute for Public Policy

Anonymous said...: Raise the tobacco tax again, there won't be anyone purchasing tobacco...no one will be able to afford a pack of cigarettes. That in itself may improve the health of tobacco users.
