  1. Of course it is unconstitutional, but these Democrats won't let that pesky Constitution stand in their way of transforming this country into a socialist nation.

  2. Why vote? Take it to the Supremes.

  3. I'd like to know how Rick Lopes and Greg Gerratan a feel about this. Theydon't mind trampling on The U.S. Constitution. They don't even mind crapping all over NB. About Lopes, DeFronzo when are you going to rid yourself of this hater? Does it mean so much to you to have someone like this deflecting attention from you?

  5. Will our attorney general perform his duty? Polls show that most are not pleased with the blatent disregard for the tenth admendment of the united states constitution.
Or will we instead have a activist who pushes his parties agenda?
A law that protects itself from repeal is not a law. It is an edict. It is as unamerican as it gets.

This not about being for or against a healthcare bill. This is about the unethical shenanigans that are going on in federal, state and local politics.

  6. Come on Dick. This issue surpasses ALL of your BS photo ops ten fold. Do something truly for the people. And no there aren't any earmarks for you to do this. Only our vote.
