When bonding for the police station, the city does not bond for interest payments. That's ridiculous! Anybody currently on the Council should know that!
The 11 majority Democrats know nothing and do nothing unless there are given their marching orders from Little Mac, the lesser one, or the little boy they just made so-called "Majority Leader."
Look around the table tonight, and tell me how many of them would have the sense to get out of the rain?
