Linda McMahon is ready for all on comers
FRANKSMITHSAYSNB EDITORIAL:
In Linda McMahon's fight for the nomination against U.S. Rep. Rob Simmons for the Republican nomination, it is apparent she will use his past votes against him like his vote proposing approval of partial birth abortions on three separate occasions. Then there is his support for Card Check--the elimination of a secret ballot for union elections--a measure that will empower union thugs to coerce every employee to vote for the union or face the implied consequences.
After her victory in the primary, McMahon will take on Connecticut's Attorney General, Richard Blumenthal, all the way to the floor mat for a count of three.
Blumenthal cited he has taken notice of the results of the Massachusetts election but that doesn't prepare him for his first wrestling match in the ring with LINDA.
Mayor Tim Stewart has endorsed Linda McMahon and I trust Mayor Stewart's judgment.
ReplyDeleteI for one trust the mayor's recommendation on such an important issue. With his love and devotion to our city, he would never steer us wrong.
ReplyDeleteI have personally met Linda. I think she is a great candidate. Her business experience is superb. Anyone who has gone through the ups and downs and achieved what she and her husband have
ReplyDeleteaccomplished is amazing. Linda has my support as she should have the support of all who want to see things change for the better. No matter what your affiliation. Linda is undoubtedly the best person for the job. Again I will say I am proud my name is Jim Sanders Jr
Former 2nd District Congressman Rob Simmons is denying an ABC News report that he is considering switching from the U.S. Senate race to run for his old congressional seat.
ReplyDeleteSOUNDS LIKE SIMMONS IS ACCEPTING THAT HE DOESN'T STAND A CHANCE AGAINST LINDA. MAYBE BLUMENTHAL WILL WAKE UP TO THAT FACT TOO!
Linda McMahon is no slouch. I believe Simmons and Blumenthal have a fight on their hands. The GOP has some fine candidates running for U.S. Congress and Governor. We're in need here in CT for some Republican faces running our state and representing CT in Congress. Let's get behind them and fight ACORN/SEIU too.
