  1. I have gone to these breakfasts for a long time and been amazed that one person has never been mentioned.

The name is Jim Sanders current member of the Board of Education for almost thirty years He has spent over forty years doing the " ten yard marker crew" for the NBHS football team. He helped organize the midget football league for over twenty years. these are only a few of the many volunteer organizations he has belonged to.

Judy Greco former Aquinas principle; and former "house master at NBHS could verify any of this information.

  2. Yes, Jim Sanders is a good candidate for this award. Also a good candidate is Ann Mikulak, for many years president of CPOA (Concerned Property Owners Association}, a taxpayers watchdog group which is concerned for taxpayers not being overtaxed.

How about Rich Marzi and Phil Sherwood sharing the honors? They're both Outstanding..Ask them..they'll modestly agree.

  5. I hope that people will see this as an example of how each of us should be contributing. All of these people should not be thought of as a hero, this should be the norm.

  6. When you say that Jim Sanders should not be called a hero you must have been living in another city or another planet.

I cannot even think to list the good he has done for the youth in our great city and the numbers of lives he has touched.
