But it's only New York. I dare her to go get arrested in a state that enforces the law like Arizona or Texas where she WILL do time if arrested, not like in New York where she will no doubt get a slap on the wrist.
If you don't believe me, go ask O.J. what he thinks of the justice system in Nevada versus California. It is probably 120 degrees in his desert prison today, and he still has 32 years left to his sentence!
President Calderon is right, we should adopt Mexico's immigration policy: 2 years hard labor in prison for being in the country illegally, and if you were previously deported, it is 10 years in the slammer.
The best part of Mexico's law is that not only is every police officer and the military mandated to enforce the law, but every citizen in the country is empowered to enforce the immigration law, so if you know your neighbor is an illegal alien, you can take him by force and bring him to prison.
Imagine how quick we would solve this problem just by adopting the same law Mexico has?

It is only the first 75 arrests that don't count here in CT, at least that was the case with Komisarjevsky and Hayes, wasn't it????

If there were any justice in this world, the judge would lock this radical extremist up and throw away the key!
