REP. MURPHY IS IN TROUBLE!

Sam Caligiuri talking with a taxpayer.

FRANKSMITHSAYSNB EDITORIAL:

Republican Candidate for the 5th. District Congressional Seat, State Senator Sam Caligiuri , announced in Plainville at a Republican rally that he was leading Murphy by five points based on an independent poll.

According the Ct. Capitol Report this morning he is actually leading by 5.4 points.

New Britain residents may recall that Rep. Murphy refused to meet with the city's Seniors because of the adversity that occurred with his town hall meeting held in Simsbury, Ct. , but he did arrange a private meeting at his New Britain office with seven selected individuals, including a New Britain Herald reporter.

Murphy has also supported the administration's Obamacare and has publicly stated that he wants to expand this program further into a government run health care.

Sam opposes Obamacare and all the liberal nonsense that Pelosi and Reid shoved down the taxpayers throats.

  1. Chris Murphy does not understand his turf. We are not socialists. We do not want the wealthy to be forced to share their hard earned wealth. It is their companies that employ the rest of America. Nothing is moving because of Obama and Murphy's policies.

Murphy deserves to be in trouble. Last year he lacked the guts to have a rally in New Britain. What has he done for the taxpayers of New Britain?

A vote for Murphy is a vote for Pelosi.

I noticed that the Herald didn't even mention this big event happening within their coverage area. It is like it never even happened, but when liberal extremists like Murphy or O'Brien have a fundraiser, it appears on page one as if it were a paid advertising.

Theere's no one sided reporting here, is there?

  4. Let Murphy walk around believing that manure he keeps spreading about how he is guaranteed his seat for another term.

That will make it so much sweeter when he is cleaning out his desk and pleasing Pelosi by expanding the rolls of the unemployment checks and food stamps by signing himself up.

  5. There will be dancing in the streets on the news that Murphy has been defeated!

  6. Why is the soon to be ex Congressman Murphy running away from his record. After all, it was Chris that said he was voting the way his constituents of the 5th district wanted him to on Obamacare. Not one TV ad referring to his "PROUD" vote for Obamacare or his bailout for General Motors or his voting for a 2,000 page stimulus bill without reading it. And yet he has the nerve to tout the fact that he is a fiscal conservative. Maybe he should share that fact with the DEMs on New Britain's Common Council!
