Linda McMahon, the Republican candidate for U.S. Senate in Connecticut, stated that she will limit herself to two terms if she is elected November 2, 2010. McMahon, who is in a close race with Democratic Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, says she would not seek more than two terms and would not run for a second term unless she believes she had been effective in her first six-year term as U.S. Senator.
