"Sayanythingblog" reports that State Insurance Commissioner Tom Sullivan responded to Attorney General Blumenthal's complaint about Anthem's 47% rate hike, which has been approved by the State Insurance Department, by telling Blumenthal the rate hike is the direct result of Obamacare, and also told Blumethal that if he doesn't like the rate hike, he should call his Congressman.

You mean Murphy was lying when he said these claims that the rate increases were the result of Obamacare were "laughable"?
ReplyDeleteSince Murphy gets free health care at our expense, maybe he really thinks 47% increases are funny!
And Blumenthal wrote the senate stating he was in favor of Obamacare.
ReplyDeleteThe house of cards and economy are crumbling down but will the folks in this extremely blue state that religiously vote "D" on election day actually THINK before they vote?
Murphy? Blumenthal? Tercyzk? OBrien?
Come on already.
I hope we don't pass the point of no return before the rest of this country WAKES UP!
ReplyDeleteThis just shows the ignorance or arrogance of the party. Look at here in New Britain. DeFronzo is only in it for a check and to go further in his career. Heck as Frank said before and other reports, he will leave his seat if he wins within a month or so if he can get "moved" up by the new Gov. And that's after taking about $90,000 of state money for his campaign. O'Brien is just as bad, come next year he will run for Mayor again, and he just got $26,500 from the state for his campaign. The Tercyzk is just nuts !!! and lives not here in New Britain.
ReplyDeleteI could go on for ever. But the bottom line is they need to all be voted out this year. From the bottom to the top. We can only hope that the voters wake up this year. Then next year we can hopefully clean house here in NB.
I love the Commissioner's answer to Blumie. So to whom does he direct his call?

According to Sean Hannity, after November 2nd, Blumenthal can voice his complaints against Obamacare with his Senator: Linda McMahon
Hooray for the Insurance Commissioner for speaking up. Just another lie by Blumenthal. Reminds me of his tour of duty in Vietnam.
ReplyDeleteThat can't be true. Obama says different. Obama says it will cost less.

ReplyDeleteSenator Linda McMahon on January 21st!
Maybe he should finally do the right thing for the state instead of pushing his own radical agenda, and joint the other 23 states that are suing Obama to block implementation of this disastrous government takeover of our health care, just like our Governor asked him to do.
ReplyDeleteInstead Blumenthal is too much of a radical zealot to fight for the people of Connecticut without inserting his own agenda into his duties as Attorney General.
