19 Shot, Including Democratic Congresswoman of Arizona, Gabrielle Giffords, Was Shot in the Head While Meeting With Constituents: FOX NEWS

19 shot, 6 dead in shooting rampage. Congresswoman Giffords has survived the attack and is recovering in the local hospital.

Very sad day for the United States of America. Very sad day for those elected to serve and for their constituents everywhere who peacefully and civily together work consistently and hard to make the quality of life in America, as well as their individual states, cities, and towns, the very best it can be. Prayers to all whose lives have been drastically changed by the events of today.

The Courant is implying that this shooter's motivation was because this Congresswoman voted for Obamacare without actually saying that.
