PARKING BAN IN EFFECT FOR NEW BRITAIN

As of 11:02AM, there is a parking ban in effect for New Britain due to the impending winter storm.

    Because of their timely reporting, the Herald must also have printed all those science textbooks we always hear the teachers describing during budget cuts, you know the ones that say "someday man will land on the moon."
