    I'm surprised there is no mention of C'Town's closeness to the Senior Apartments on Franklin Square..Do many of the Seniors shop there due to it's being within walking distance?

    How about the seniors at the D'Amato Apartments who simply need to cross the street for the back entrance from the parking lot?

    Good points about CTown being close to Senior Apartment residents..it's very convenient to those without a car who need groceries.
