The Idaho Attorney General’s office announced the settlement this afternoon 02/01/11 that Mountain West Research Center of Pocatello, Idaho had agreed to pay a fine and cooperated with the investigation after those polled complained that the pollster didn’t disclose who was paying for the poll even though they were saying negative things about Republican Senate candidate races. After many questions were asked by the Idaho Attorney General’s office the telephone poll stopped.

Sounds like the type of organization someone like Terry nutjob would be proud to associate with!
The mayor should have a robocall going around explaining that this is just an elderly housewife looking for a hobby to give her a reason to get out of the house.
It looks like New Britain resident Terry "SNOW WHITE" Gerratana with her clean hands headed WEST to the Rocky Mountains and paided some 30 pieces of silver to her new political hired hands at the Mountain West Research Center in the town of Pocatello, Idaho to do her political survey of a SNOW WHITE -PUSH-PULL political telephone campaign with voters in New Britain, CT.
The New Britain City Charter per Article V. Section 5 states that....
....The Mayor shall devote the full time necessary to the duties of the office and shall have no other occupation during the term of office and shall keep the office open during such hours of each business day as the Ordinances of the City shall direct.
NOTE: Based on CONNECTICUT REPORTS - Cases argued and determined in the Supreme Court of the State of Connecticut - the current Mayor of New Britain CT has not violated Article V. Section 5 of the New Britain City Charter - " the essential facts are not in dispute".
