The New Britain Democratic Town Committee Selection for the Vacancy on the Board of Education!
The Committee selected Mr. Carlos Pina to fill the vacant seat subject to the New Britain City Council approval.
It is urgent that this approval take place by the City Council since the Board is currently in the middle of its annual budget deliberations.

Other than the fact that he ran for Alderman as a Democrat in the last Municipal Election, I don't know anything else about Pina. As far as I am concerned, being associated with these Democratic lefties, he's not welcome. What does he have to offer in the way of background? What has he done? What does he do for a living? Just another good old boy? to help RJ, SBS and LC? No thanks. Is he another carpet bagger?
