Anonymous said...: I guess Danny Boy is incapable of learning from history. Maryland tried this. They raised taxes on millionaires, and in this case billionaires.

So many of the millionaires fled the state to escape their socialist redistribution style taxes, that with the higher tax rate the state took in 1/3 less revenue than they did at the lower rate.
