I guess Danny Boy is incapable of learning from history. Maryland tried this. They raised taxes on millionaires, and in this case billionaires.
So many of the millionaires fled the state to escape their socialist redistribution style taxes, that with the higher tax rate the state took in 1/3 less revenue than they did at the lower rate.
Way to go Danny Boy. Drive those evil rich people right out of here, then who will be left to pay for your brand of socialism?
Most Lib Dem Pols never attended a history class, and those few who did were most likely taught by left leaning teachers and professors who refused to teach objectively.
