Their next vote may very well be to relocate their operations to one of the existing Black & Decker facilities where they can avoid unions completely because their factories are all in "Right to work" states and of course to avoid being affected by the soon to be mandated sick leave law that will insert the State of Connecticut between them and their employees to dictate to Stanley when they must allow their private sector employees to abuse their sick leave as much as they please and it will be none of the company's business if the employee ever comes to work--so say the communists that run the state.
