Apparently, thanks to Mayor Stewart, New Britain is open for business even if Malloy has declared war on all state businesses.
Can anyone imagine Tim O'Brien, Paul Catanzaro or Lucian Pawlak trying to negotiate this type of contract? Pawlak has already proved that he is inept and, the other two, God forbid.
This is a great deal for the city!
