sounds like something that the Dumbocrats would do, lay off state employees in order to fund $71 million for an employer to promise to hire up to 200 people in the next 2 years, but he gets the $71 million now based on a promise for what he might do in the future.
By the way, does this have anything to do with the president of this company being an outspoken supporter of Sustinet or that he has supported UK style socialized medicine in the past?
This is quite a payoff for being a fellow zealot when you are using our money!
