  1. AMEN !!!! At least we know that the new supt. will have the advice and council of the very kwoledgable veteran like Mr. Sanders. This man is the most compassionate and understanding BOE I have ever met.

Iam a DEM but you HAVE my vote and my families votes.

  4. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. It always is darker before the sun rises. We have gone through our darker period and now we will have a new beggining with Mr. Sanders staying on.

My hope is that his two running mates have some insight as what is going on with the BOE I have gone to most every BOE meeting and neither Nick Mercier or Erin Stewart (The Mayors daugter), who I understand are going to be Mr. Sanders running mate, have ever attended a BOE meeting.

    Good luck Mr. Sanders.

  6. Stewart not so bad. It is Mercier you should be fearful of. He THINKS he knows everything and has never attended a meeting.

He makes most of his statements on information from the State that is more than two years old.

Instead of basing his statements on old informaton he should get a reality check and get in touch with the real world.

  7. If it were just Mercier and Stewart running I would not vote.

I would hope that the Republican party search their ranks for more viable candidates.

Mr. Sanders you have to stand alone. I will make sure tat you and only you get my vote for the BOE in November.

  8. IF either Mercier or Stewart get on they BOE the will have a rude awakening.

Mercier works in education but has never been an administrator. And thinks he knows everything.

Stewart has never had a REAL job but she vonunteeds for everything.

  9. hat the Biard of Eucation needs is stability. In my opinionnthe ONLY person that can bring that calming stability to the BOE is Mr. Sanders

  10. It is bad enough the candidates that the Democratic Town Committee put on the BOE. Stewart will diminish Mark Bernacki's chances. She has NO credentials for being on the BOE unless it is to try to get jobs for family members as a relative of hers did while he was on the BOE! Like two sisters and a cousin which was unethical.

  12. Stewart has made known that she someday wants to be on the common council. If she were smart she would wait until the smoke settles from her fathers term.

She will be a detrament to Mr. Bernacki...The problem is that she does not care about anything or anybody else THAN HERSELF.

She is definitely NOT BOE material.
She coud not make it UCONN and just about made it CCSU,P A R T Y.

  13. It is evident that neither Mercier or Stewart does not have the support for a run to the BOE.

Maybe they should give in to the pubic and not seek the endorsement for the BOE

    Try something simple likke constanable.
