  1. Mr. Storace does not supply much information. A few sports organizations is not especially civic minded. Where was she educated? Why didn't she have a business in New Britain instead of Plaiville and what happened to the business? Sounds more like she is running for the BOE. These candidates are very vague about the problems facing New Britain. Why aren't they prepared with better or any answers when they know that they are going to be interviewed?

Is it the interviewer or the interviewed candidate??

  2. This candidate certainly does sound as if she is running for the Board of Educaton. What does she see as issues for the city?

  3. Also, she is a turncoat who promised support first to Bernacki. She's with the right party now. They all do it.

  4. I guess she runs her business in Plain-ville because as a town run by Republicans, Plainville is much more business friendly than socialist/communist New Britain.

  5. Sounds like a sensible candidate to me--knows that New Britain is the last place on earth anyone with half a brain would want to own a business.

  6. I bet it was Rick Lopes that convinced her to run for office. That just happens to be Ms. Yanchak's love interest. How stupid is she? And what did Mrs. Giannini say in this article about the problems facing NB? Nothing! This certainly qualifies her for a seat on the council! I also heard that she and her family were selling their home and moving out of town. Makes her an even better prospect for office. Tercyak has lived in Hartford for his entire tenure as State Rep. and even Lopes lived in West Hartford while serving on the Council, great role models to follow.
    Time to leave!

  7. Wasn't the Rick Lopes scandal the Democrat's scandal before the Gerranta scandal that forced her son to withdraw from the last election in shame after being caught abusing a state computer?
