Maybe if the rules are CHAGED AGAIN they coyld strike another deal. I hope the people that vote for the next governoe remember his SCARE tactics and the BS he told the unions and the public.
The State has tooooo many workers and should lay off 7,000 workers.If Malloy truly wants to reduce government size he had his chance but was concerned with 70,000 votes in the next election.
