ALDERMAN ADAM PLATOSZ SEEKS HIS SIXTH TERM:

Listing his top priorities for fighting crime, blighted buildings, and lowering the tax rate.
The above is the most outlandish since he has never proposed any Resolutions that supports his priorities.
What has he accomplished during his five terms in office?

The answer is simple, he followed the leader, never concerning himself what his constituents want.

Socialism and Adam are"familiar partners".

A vote for Adam is for a "follower and not a leader".

  2. Did Adam ever find his Chinese hot dogs?

    What an ignoramus!

  3. Frank: Your are right. He voted for the dictates of his party leadership on the Saint Thomas Aquanis and the Costco issue.

He needs to be replaced from the common council.

  4. Besides publicly insulting a business owner who wanted to open a restaurant at the gold course, didn't he also support Sherwood's antics in driving away that proposed $5 million investment in redeveloping Pinnacle Heights?

  5. These Democrats seem to stand for blocking anything that would create jobs and harassing anyone who would pay taxes. It appears they will never be happy until we have 100% unemployment in New Britain and everyone simply lives for free off of the government. Only problem is who will be left to pay for their socialist utopia?

Does anyone believe that Alderman Platosz is alone in voting for the dictates of his "party leadership"? For the most part, most if not all of the Dems are guilty of the same charge.
I agree...most of the Dems should be replaced from the Common Council...we're just a few weeks from election.

I guess a homeless shelter in the middle of a residential neighborhood is Platoz's idea of progress.

When the people who live in this neighborhood have to step over junkies shooting up heroin to get into their front doors, they can thank Adam for supporting the largest homeless shelter in Connecticut right in your neighborhood. Since he doesn't live near there, I guess it is OK for your neighborhood and not his!

  10. I wonder if Adam was the poster child for the new Avery's flavor: "Zombie Brain Juice?"

  11. I read somewhere that they were calling Adam an Assistant Majority Leader. If the majority leader is a mush brain, does that make Adam a half brain?

  13. Frank:

Today's Herald carries profile of Tonilynn Collins, Adam's partner. She says she want to fight blight but was one of the chief opponents of the Aquinas proposal. She held a private meeting where the deal was solidified. What a joke she is.

  15. ROFL, can he bring his ukulele to the next council meeting and give us a little performance before the meeting?
