I see that Lucian Pawlak has now succeeded Stewart as mayor. Lucian has been all over the TV, radio, and quoted in the newspapers issuing press releases on behalf of the city regarding this incident. He has even given statements identifying the suspect. In the news report I saw, it appeared that Lucian was giving orders to the police, so I guess that the city has accepted that the new mayor is Lucian?
