He has made many promises that he knows he cannot deliver to the voters. Also claiming he fought so hard in bringing 100 million dollars to New Britain For Education which a Board member claims it is only in his head.
He also touted that if elected he would eliminate blight. One can only recollect that when an alderman he came up with a resolution that never worked and had to be re-written by the Republican Administration in order to make this ordinance work.
This carpetbagger claims that he works full time for us voters when he only held part time elected offices as an Alderman and state Representative.
He is also making great claims that he and Malloy have been good for Connecticut while sticking us with the largest tax increase in Connecticut's history.
As to trust he can't be because he is a fabricator of what is he believes to be factual when it is not.

Thanks to Socialist Anti-business Candidate Tim O’Brien we now pay more for clothing, more for cars, more for everything we purchase within the state of Connecticut. His tax increases hit the working poor the hardest of all!
ReplyDeleteDon't forget Mr. O'Brien's huge increases in taxes on liquor and cigarettes, 2 items that are purchased much more by the working class--just another way Mr. O'Brien seek to punish the working class through Mr. O'Brien's higher taxes on the working poor folks.
According to the AP-GfK poll, President Obama's Democrat Party has lost the faith of the public on handling the economy. In the new poll, only 38 percent said they trust Democrats to do a better job than Republicans in handling the economy, the first time Democrats have fallen below 40 percent in the poll.
ReplyDeleteAnd, some 43 percent of the American people trust the Republicans more than President Obama's Democrat Party on handling the American economy?.

ReplyDeleteCitizen Tim O'Brien has touted many times over and over that if elected as mayor, he would eliminate property plight here in New Britain. One can only recollect that when as a New Britain Alderman he came up with his written resolution that never worked and had to be re-written by the Republican Administration in order to make his bull-mess plight ordinance work.

How people soon forget. O'Brien supported doubling all the fees charged by the state for things like driver's licenses, car registrations, occupational licenses like plumbers, electricians, real estate agents, and others.
ReplyDeleteIf it weren't for Jodi Rell sparing you from the wrath of O'Brien and his socialist cronies by vetoing this measure, it would have become law and you would be paying through the nose!

DOUBLING YOUR FEES FOR DRIVER'S LICENSES, CAR REGISTRATIONS, AND OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES WAS APPARENTLY O'BRIEN'S WAY OF MAKING THOSE WHO CAN BEST AFFORD IT PAY JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE!
Thank God that Jodi Rell was able to stop these radical socialists!
people who work should pay more so that more people don't have to work!
ReplyDeleteO'Brien supporters seem easily satisfied to ignore O'Brien's and DeFronzo's (Don) biggest slap in the fiscal face of New Britain citizens when these two used their state legislative positions to block/cancel/squelch the biggest piece of revenue that would have come to NB, the $15 million sale of excess, non usable Water Dept. land to Tilcon just a few years ago.
ReplyDeleteAnd O'Brien talks about all the money he's brought to NB for schools, property tax relief, fighting blight, etc. This man is an inveterate prevaricator and BS peddler.
Rep. O'Brien and the Lib Dems thought it was a good idea to make resident parking fees at Connecticut State beaches higher than non-resident parking fees at Rhode Island State beaches.
ReplyDelete...They certainly are a very bright bunch.
