I guess O'Brien really is better than everyone else in town. A window is broken at his house and a team of investigators (all being paid by our tax dollars) works through the entire day trying to solve what is apparently considered to be the crime of the century.
If a similar incident had happened to you or to me, wouldn't we have considered ourselves lucky if we could even get the police department to take the complaint over the phone?
Like everything else, it must be Tim Stewart's fault, besides, no one ever tried to break into Stewart's house when he was mayor for 8 years, but then no one would have had the balls to do something like that.
It appears that crime is so out of control in New Britain that even the mayor is not exempt! Better hire those 37 cops quickly for all of our sake.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering, were the police actually able to speak to O'Brien regarding the case, or do they too have to go through his mouthpiece?

The mayor wants privacy yet has the story all over the front page?
