Massachusetts balanced its state budget on time and without tax increases in 2010 and 2011. Massachusetts trimmed its general fund spending during recent economically-challenging years, while Connecticut's continued to grow. Connecticut enacted a major tax increase last year. Massachusetts did not.
Just another reason to raise your property taxes to fund this nonsense!
