It was the BOE which made the decision. Remember, it was O'Brien that opened the cooling centers.
Rather than using the pre-scheduled rain date the BOE decided to go forward and have people sit for hours in the extreme sun and heat. Not wise. Not wise at all.
I notice that a reference to a "clueless idiot" was automatically interpreted by a local liberal as referring to O'Brien. Clearly even local libs understand that their leader is a totally clueless idiot!
Just like what is going on in Washington, you elect someone who never ran anything, not even so much as a corner store, and then put them in charge of what amounts to a $250 million corporation, and then watch them fall flat on their face because they don't even have a clue that they are way over their heads.
It as not thw BOE that made the judgement call to have graduation. It was the principal of the High School (Mike Foran) that made the call to have the graduation in the outragious heat.
I think the principal works for someone who should have known better, or is he too one of those tenured union members who is guaranteed his job for life and therefore can do whatever he wants no matter what?
Who is the moron that went ahead with such an event on the hottest day of the year?
ReplyDeleteThat is what happens when you put clueless idiots in charge of a city simply because you agree with their radical brand of socialism.
Sounds like Mayor Sherwood's got some splainin' to do!

Mayor Butthead should have known better, but that would be giving him a lot of credit!

ReplyDeleteI guess his new nickname should be N'obrain O'Brien?
ReplyDeleteThe team of Sherwood and his sidekick O'Brien, also known as Dumb & Dumber!
ReplyDeleteIs the mayor in charge of this decision?
ReplyDeleteIs the mayor in charge of any decision?
I hope the weather is more pleasing next year!
I highly doubt this mayor could make the decision to get out of the rain without consulting Sherwood.
