  1. Not taking away from the good job the police did in catching him, but so what, it's not like our liberal system is going to do anything to them.

One of the suspects already has the following convictions according to the public section of the state judicial web site:

4/29/2005: Larceny 5th, sentenced to 1 year jail--execution suspended (which means no actual jail) and probation 2 years. In the same case he was convicted of violation of probation on 9/5/2007.

4/12/2005: Burglary 3rd--5 years in jail--execution suspended--again meaning no jail time, and 3 years probation. In the same case he was convicted of violation of probation on 9/5/2007 and again on 3/11/2009.

4/12/2005: Larceny 3rd, 5 years jail--execution suspended (again no actual jail time) and 3 years probation. In this case he was convicted of violation of probation on 9/5/2007 and 3/11/2009.

5/9/2012: Interfering with an officer/Resisting Arrest. Sentenced to 4 months in jail on 5/9/2012.

The system hasn't done much to punish this offender so far, so why should it be any different in this case?

  2. Th criminal justice system is weak and poses little or no threat to criminals in the same manner that the Obama Administration is considered so weak to the world that they attack our embassies and consulates and simply laugh in Obama's face when he talks about "he won't stand for such actions." Just yesterday Obama gave his limp speech about not standing for such actions and today they committed acts of violence against 2 more of our embassies as if he is absolutely nothing to be afraid of.

There is no punishment so there is nothing to fear.
