The Board Of Education proposes Condoms Again

FRANKSMITHSAYSNB EDITORIAL:

After reading local news accounts regarding our New Britain Board of Education's intent of obtaining parental permission to enroll their children to the student's health clinic to receive condoms.

Once this permission is granted by the parents they lose control over whatever service the students may receive in the future like "Abortions."

Parents be aware you are losing your right to inquiry of any subsequent treatments you child may receive from this program.

  1. Some say it would be enhancing the health? services for our students.
Most think that the district is promotingsex amoung our students. Maybe the BOE should spend more quality time improving the test scores of our cho;dren and les time medking with the private lives of our students.

  2. After they finish handing out the condoms and birth control pills like Tic Tacs, will the teachers be instructed to dim the lights during study hall so that the students can make use of their new toys?

Perhaps the library can now start stocking sex toys to make their new in school love fests more exciting?

  3. The survey is f;awed in many ways because there are no restrictions as to who is takig the survey. Anyone in the city (or outside the city) can enter the school districts web site and make entries in the survey.

  4. What if health issues arise from this kind of activity? Who is then responsible? And how would they discipline those that are responsible for any health issues? Doesn't anybody ever think about the consequences before committing to actions. or are our children just the government test subjects.

  7. This subject is nothing to make jokes about. This is very serious

this is telling our young adults that it is alright to have sex before marrage. It goe against all religious beliefs while steoing on the responsibilities of parents. If it does pass the board membersthat vote for it will have to face theGOD we all worship
and account for the actions of promoting SEX among our children.

  8. I would hope that Priests and Ministers come to the meeting on Nov. 5 to voice rheir opposition to this proposal. I also hope that they call the BOE members to try and influence members not to vote for handing out condoms. They should rwll their psrishers to come to the meeting and call the BOE members.

  9. problem is most priests and ministers are bleeding heart liberals that support Democrats even while they are murdering babies born alive and calling it late term abortions.

  11. Once they get the foot in the door, they will no doubt sneak in the birth control pills and abortions that they tried to dole out last year. I am guessing that the permission slip the parents sign will unwillingly grant the school permission to hand out birth control pills and give the girls abortions without the parent's knowledge or consent. These liberals will stop at nothing to push their radical socialist agenda.
