THE $25,000 REWARD OFFER

Sam Zherka's $25,000 reward offer for the arrest of the Mayor and Sherwood draws an amazing reaction in a local newspaper by New Britain's Mayor with his referring to a Zherka and his committee members accusing them attempting to fighting against his anti-blight policies. The mayor also referred to this steering committee alluding that former "Mayor Tim Stewart should call to denounce the content of the newsletter and the threats by their fellow committee member."

The Mayor's comments is a blind effort on his part to place blame to the former mayor and is dodging the real facts of his inability to lead when claiming that Zherka fighting the licensing fees on apartment owners which is an issue that is being addressed in superior court, within the near future. But what Sam's allegations are, as I understand it to be, the corruption mannerisms of no bid actions allowed by the mayor and not informing the council membership and the taxpayers that HUD refused allowing its funds to be used for Mrs. Brown's payroll but continued to meet the payments with the city's general funds in secret.

Was this part of the corruption that Sam is alluding to Mr. Mayor?

  2. Frank for the record the landlord steering comittee is not a party to this reward offer. This is being done by M.Zherka and him alone. This administrations attempt to bring Tim Stewart into their argument is laughable!Just another foolish attempt to blame someone else for their own foolish attempts to govern this city.
If they keep telling themselves it's someone elses fault they will drown in their own bullshit!

  3. Tim Stewart should publicly tell Mr. Zherka to leave NB to the rest of us. Zherka and Stewart have been doing a good job together it has gone a little too far now and is hurting the reputation of all the other property owners working to bring NB back!
