About the corrections on page 2 of today's Herald.
I don't suppose that you and The Herald will consider apologizing to NB readers of the Herald for printing yet, another blatant lie from the Sherwood/O'Brien Administration? Does this kind of shoddy writing and publishing make you and the paper accessories to lying? What a sorry situation. Does Sherwood give you this stuff and do you (pl.) print it without checking its authenticity?
Lou Salvio
More evidence that Robin is correct that the Herald is acting like a branch of the Sherwood/O'Brien administration.
ReplyDeleteIt is really pathetic that they seem to have become little more than steno clerks for the radical socialists in city hall.
ReplyDelete"Does this kind of shoddy writing and publishing make you and the paper accessories to lying?"
ANSWER: Yes it does.
"Does Sherwood give you this stuff and do you (pl.) print it without checking its authenticity?"
ANSWERS: Yes and yes.
Even the second worst reporter in the nation operates under higher code of ethical standards these.
This is why I don't read that rag. I wouldn't waste my money on such a one sided propaganda sheet and I refuse to look at it online because viewing their web site gives them more hits and potentially boosts their advertising revenue and I refuse to help such a liberal piece of crap rag generate revenue.
ReplyDeleteThankfully we have another paper in town run by a true journalist who keeps us informed on what is really happening so that we don't have to rely on the politbureau of a couple of juvenile delinquents in city hall.
ReplyDeleteI don't recall the Herald ever telling us before the election that we have a mayor whose only prior work experience was bagging groceries or that his higher education was apparently only a part of a semester of college.
ReplyDeleteSome qualifications!

You mean the Herald is still in business? Last time I went by their building on Herald Square was empty and for sale. OH that's right, they now operate out of a rented room on Main Street.
ReplyDeleteIt could be that Al Jazeera is the anonymous owner of The Herald.
ReplyDeleteThat would explain its' radical Lib Dem leanings along with its' lies and distortions and apparent dislike of all things American.
To refer to the herald as a bird cage liner would be an insult to bird excrement.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Lou should run for mayor and return some common sense to that office?
