Since the federal government has absolutely no authority over unions that represent city, county and state employees, the NLRA (the National Labor Relations Act) only applies to private sector employees, because the Democrats beloved FDR warned of the extreme dangers of unions for public employees and made sure the law didn't apply to them, as a result the Texas Supreme Court is the final arbiter of this issue and this will forever be the law of the land in Texas!
One more blow for socialism and one more victory for freedom!
