A LACK OF BLIGHT ENFORCEMENT BY THE MAYOR'S OFFICE


If New Britain's Mayor is so concerned with "BLIGHT" why hasn't he gone after the owners of the former New Britain Herald Building, on Chestnut Street, to get this owner to at least mow the grass in front of their building.
