City Council Grants their approval to the Mayor to hire Geese Relief, the only bidder.

According to Fernando Marroquin in a recent comment to the press, the mayor's new Deputy chief of staff, a Greenwich based geese control organization was given a $55,240 one year contract to address this ongoing problem.   They have train dogs that will scare off the geese and will disrupt the hatching of eggs therefore, this would help to eliminate the newborns. Geese are known to returning to the location where they were born through their GPS system.

  1. A well respected Mayor could have gotten a local sportsman's club to do the same thing for free.

Or the local Boy Scouts could have helped in order to earn a Fish and Wildlife Management Merit Badge.

Instead, Sherwood & O'Brien hire their friends to the tune of 55 thousand taxpayer dollars.
