Obama makes insurance company bailout bigger despite public outrage

The law was  passed by congress but the president keeps on amending with his pen when he knows that the state insurance commissions in all states cannot adjust to his many changes.

The public is in disarray over the lack of being able to sign up for Obamacare coverage.  And many will not find out if their coverage is in effect until they make a visit to their doctors only to be told that the coverage is not in effect.
