Trueworthy's proposal $10.10 minimum wage for New Britain

Alderman Michael Trueworthy proposal to have the common council approve the $10.10 per hour wages for the city of New Britain is completely obscured when the city young students as summer workers who wish to earn enough to pay for their college semester.    With the city’s lack of needed cash would have to eliminate the students summer work.
