Perhaps the stadium could become the home stadium for the baseball team of one of the local colleges like CCSU or Tunxis. Having such a quality stadium would help increase the status of the team and provide a welcome new public support for their team. This would give the city a team they could rally around and forget that the Rock Cats ever even existed. Let Hartford have them.
