A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM MAYOR TIMOTHY STEWART
The holiday season is always a special time of year for everyone from the
youngest children to their grandparents. Whether we are preparing for Christmas,
Hanukkah, Kwanzaa or Three Kings Day, everyone shares that feeling of
excitement and anticipation that comes with the holidays.
All of these holidays have deep spiritual meaning for those who celebrate them
and one of the great things about New Britain is that we get to share so many
different cultures and ideas at this time of year.
I have been blessed with your support throughout my six years as your mayor.
This year in particular, your vote of confidence was most appreciated.
I promise to continue to work on your behalf to make New Britain a better place in
which to live, work and raise a family. I ask for your continued help and your prayers
in the coming year.
On behalf of the City of New Britain, let me wish all of you a happy and
joyous Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Three Kings Day or any other
holiday you celebrate at this time of year. And may you have a happy,
healthy and prosperous year in 2010.
Thank you and God bless you all.
Very nice Mayor, keep up the good work and God bless you and your family this holiday season. You have done a GREAT job over the years and you should be very proud of yourself. Keep up the good work. Jim Sanders Jr
ReplyDeleteExcellent statement. Thank you for very appropiate words. Let us welcome the holiday with kindness and love. You are doing a wonderful job as our Mayor and hopefully you will get the backing of the jerks when it counts and is needed.
ReplyDeleteMayor Stewart does an amazing job running the city considering he has to fight liberal nut job extremists on every issue.
ReplyDeleteA Merry Christmas and a Blessed, Happy and Prosperous New Year to Mayor Stewart and his family and City Hall Staff.
