To me the interesting item in Friday's (6/18) front page story by Jim Craven is that Craven found a way to showcase Tim O'Brien putting O'Brien's photo on the front page and saying that he is in the center of the budget controversy. That's ridiculous. O'Brien has no vote on anything except in the legislature where he and the other three jokers ignore New Britain when deliberating school funding. BOE member Paul Carver put the proper face on O'Brien in a Herald letter to the editor today. Incidentally, the Herald didn't print, on line, today's letters to the editor. Hmmmm. I wonder why? The liberal Herald editors go out of their way to promote the liberal, left wing Democrats in any way possible and make sure that Republicans get no press. Our state legislators are useless bags of wind who do nothing but promote and pander to the welfare state. Nothing fair and balanced about Herald articles when it comes to politics.
Don't forget that O'Brien cares so deeply about the quality of education in New Britain that he and his wife send his stepson to an out of town school!
the dems are fowl!
