What else is there, except to find him guilty of all those charges? This evil man will definitely go to Hell...no judgement will be harsh enough for what he and his partner in crime did to that poor family. My heart goes out to Dr. Petit and his family.
The problem with Connecticut is that we elect people like Tim O'Brien, Don Defronzo and Peter Tercyak who don't "believe in" the death penalty.
Tax and spend liberals don't hold anyone personally responsibile. They bail out and make excuses for overspenders, welfare cheats, the unions and murderous criminals - so just keep electing them.
Candidate for Governor Malloy if elected has indicated that he would abolish the death penalty and now he is back tracking that he would only eliminate those that given the death order subsequent to his election.
Is he attempting to appease the Petit Family?
Which is it are you for or against the death penalty?

He is trying to appease the voters simply to get elected. Even if he does go along with the executions in this case, he vows to eliminate the death penalty in Connecticut for any future cases, so if a heinous crime like this comes along again, thanks to Malloy, there would be no death penalty available all because of Malloy's liberal ideology being forced upon us.
He only faces the death penalty in Foley becomes governor because Malloy promises to spare this fine citizen from such harsh treatment.
